Woman Drags Bed Bugs Into Senate Office Building
Bedbugs have been found in the Senate Office Building and in a womens’ restroom. Since bed bugs are not easy to shake, people have been on high alert and in lockdown mode, “scared to leave their offices” said a Senate aide.
The problem began before a Senate Indian Affairs Committee hearing, where some attendees get “placeholders” to wait in line for them. This is known to be a common practice. A fellow line-sitter noticed a female in line (another one of the placeholders) had “bugs crawling all over her”.
The woman was physically removed from the scene, however, leaving her bug friends behind and the people on edge. The question remains –What steps will the senate take to protect their offices from invasive bugs?
